Meet Your Trainer
I’m Kay — founder of Love Life Fitness — and this online program is straight from my heart.
After losing my dad at 23, I spiraled. I turned to food and alcohol, and by the time I got married, I was a size 24 and felt completely lost. It took me years to get my life back, and I fell off track more times than I can count. But I always got back up.
Now, at 55, I feel stronger than ever — and I created this program to help you feel that way too. You don’t have to be perfect or know all the moves. I’ll teach you good form every step of the way, so you can feel confident, safe, and strong as you go. All you need to do is show up.
No filters. No pressure. Just real workouts and real support from someone who truly gets it.
